Browse our catalog of single-wides and double-wides. Customize finishes, layout, and add-ons.

Step 03

We Deliver & Set Up

Our team handles transport, foundation, leveling, and tying down the home — all permits included.

Step 04

Move In

Utilities connected, walkthrough done, keys in hand. Most families move in within a week of delivery.

What You Need

Land Requirements

Most rural and small-town lots in Texas work fine. Here's what we look for:

Clear, level areaEnough flat ground for the home footprint plus 10 ft on each side for setup access.

Road accessThe delivery truck needs to reach the placement spot. We'll verify in advance.

Utility availabilityWater, electric, and septic/sewer either on-site or available to extend. We'll help coordinate.

No zoning restrictionsSome county or HOA areas restrict manufactured homes. We'll check before you sign.
